Common topics

• Account & sign-in. Trouble logging in, password resets, or changing the email tied to your account. Email changes must be made by support — include your account email and the new email in your message.
• Seller subscription & billing. Questions about the $350/month seller subscription, the 30-day free trial, invoices, refunds, or cancellation. Subscription billing is handled through Stripe; you can manage your payment method and cancellation from your seller dashboard or by contacting support.
• Deleting your account. You can permanently delete your TradeLine account directly from the iOS app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support from the email on your account. Deletion removes your profile, inventory, orders, messages, PDF library, and connections. Subscription cancellation is separate and must be done before deletion if you do not want to be billed again.
• Reporting a Seller or Buyer.If you encounter abusive behavior, fraud, or off-platform activity that violates our Terms, email support with the user's account email and a description of the issue. We review every report.
• Order disputes. TradeLine is a venue and communication tool; all transactions, payments, shipping, and returns are handled directly between Buyer and Seller. Email support if a counterparty is unresponsive and we will help you reach them through the platform.
• Technical issues. If something is broken in the iOS app or on the web dashboard, include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
• Press & partnerships.For media, licensing, or partnership inquiries, email support with the subject line "Press" or "Partnership."

Response time

We respond to support requests within two (2) U.S. business days. Account deletion and billing requests are handled in the order received and may take up to five (5) business days during high-volume periods.
